Commissions

I welcome serious inquiries into custom crochet commissions which resemble my evident style and abilities.

This can be for a custom make of one of my own Whymsi Row designs or for your own unique design. During busy periods, priority is given to custom and unique designs.

Please note that there is a three month minimum lead time from my first contact after you fill out this form. The time this initial contact from me will take is variable based on current demand. 

Please note the shipping FAQ and Whymsi Row Returns & Refunds Policy for custom commissions here. For any custom or commissioned work, refunds are not usually given due to the customized nature of these items. However, everything will be done to ensure you are satisfied with your custom commission and any delay on production is always grounds for a full refund. I do not accept responsibility for delays in shipping which occur after dispatch. All orders are sent with a tracked & expedited shipping service as appropriate to your geographic location.

The Process

• You complete the form below as an initial expression of interest.
• When you reach the top of the waitlist, I contact you via email. (Begins the three month minimum lead time.)
• We collaboratively agree upon the specifics of your custom commission request, as well as a maximum dispatch date to ensure timely arrival. A custom listing is created for you for the price in full of your commission, including shipping, which must be purchased within a week of my first contact via email and before I can begin working on your commission.
• I will then make your commission, during which time I will be available to answer questions and provide updates as needed. No modifications to the agreed upon design are possible at this point.
• Your commission is dispatched on or before the agreed upon maximum dispatch date with tracking and insurance.

• Unique Designs - Prices will vary widely but will account for the creative labour hours needed to collaboratively design your request, collate materials and create your piece. Please expect higher prices.
