My Files

When you purchase a crochet pattern from Whymsi Row, you will be sent an email providing direct access to your pattern for download within a minute of placing your order.

But if you have previously purchased crochet patterns from Whymsi Row, you can also access your digital files and re-download them as many times as you like here. 

If you are already logged in, you will see a button which reads "Access My Digital Files" above. Simply click and download!

Logging In

If you are not currently logged in, you must do so first to be able to see this customer-only area.

To do this, first go to the customer login page, which can be found by clicking the icon of the little guy in the upper right of this page on a web browser:

Enter the email address you used at time of purchase of your pattern. 

You will then be sent an email with a 6-digit one time access code, which you can use to login.

On your Order Page, you will see all of the orders you have placed with Whymsi Row. However, to download any of your patterns, you must click on the "Go to store" button and return to this "My Files" Page. 

You will now see the "Access My Digital Files" Button above and be able to view and download your pattern(s)!
