All orders containing only ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-7 days.

Shipping time estimates after dispatch are given at checkout, but please be mindful that these are estimates given by Royal Mail and are just that- estimates.
Please note that I do not accept responsibility for delays in shipping which occur after dispatch. All orders are sent with a tracked & expedited shipping service as appropriate to your geographic location. Please ensure you enter all shipping information correctly and plan ahead, accounting for busy global postal periods such as UK and global bank holidays, the festive season and back-to-school season.
Please also note that in the event of any failed delivery attempts, due to the customer not being at home nor arranging a redelivery, and an order is 'returned to sender', it is the customer's responsibility to pay for redelivery or the order will be cancelled and the cost of the item will be refunded if it was not a custom or commission.

- An item arrived damaged, in which case you must provide a photo of the damaged item in its original packaging.
- You received the wrong item, in which case you must provide a photo of the item you received.
